ALL-AGES April Fool's Day Gig

Illumina is back for another show on April 1st! ALL-AGES venue, The Co-Op, in downtown Albuquerque - Illumina's first time playing this venue - is hosting the Dakota Ave CD Release Show on April 1st, 2017. The doors open at 6:30pm for this $10 event. UPDATE (3/14/2017): For those who are ages 21+, there is going to be a $5 ticket sale from March 17 - March 20th! The catch? You have to get your tickets from the bands, not online. So take advantage and contact Illumina by texting (505)463-8950 to get your tickets. Dakota Ave is making their LIVE debut to support the release of their full-length debut EP, "Rumination." You can take a listen to their lead single "Fade Away," below.

Singer/Songwriter, Malcom Reese, the vocalist and driving creative-force behind Dakota Ave, sat down with Troy Amato of the Daily Lobo to give a little insight into this band while chatting about his solo-project and performances at Brickyard Pizza's open-mic-nights - which you can read here. Alternative-metal heavyweights, Blinddryve, featuring singer Reva Grey and lead-guitarist, Frankee Romero, are also set to share the stage with Illumina once again as they continue to support their latest release, "I Am," with a flurry of impressive, local performances. Darken The Day, members of Polyram Music Group - and endorsees of many popular music brands, like Splawn Amps and PRS Guitars - bring their own brand of alternative-style, heavy metal to the lineup that has kept Albuquerque crowds coming back for more for since 2012.
